What happens next?

Here’s what you can expect between now and the retreat:

✔ Confirmation Email

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly with:

  • Your booking details

  • Payment summary (or payment plan details, if applicable)

  • Important dates and reminders

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

✔ Room Assignment

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you selected a shared room and are booking solo, we’ll be in touch closer to the retreat to confirm roommate pairings whenever possible.

✔ Retreat Welcome Email

Approximately 4–6 weeks before the retreat, you’ll receive a detailed welcome email including:

  • A full itinerary

  • Packing suggestions

  • Travel tips

  • Lisbon hotel recommendations

  • Optional add-ons (such as the wine tour)

  • A WhatsApp group invite for retreat communication

What you’ve signed up for

Over the course of this retreat, you’ll experience:

  • Daily Jivamukti yoga practices rooted in movement, breath, and devotion

  • Spacious time by the ocean in Ericeira

  • A mindful transition into city life in Lisbon

  • Ritual, reflection, and integration

This is not about doing more.

It’s about living differently.

A few important notes

  • Payments are non-refundable, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

  • Flights and Lisbon accommodation are not included.
    Recommendations and guidance will be shared well in advance.

How It Works

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
