Discover the Bhagavad Gita:
A 5-Week Journey to Live Your Yoga
The Bhagavad Gita is not a text to be mastered in a week, but a living conversation to be unfolded over a lifetime. This 5-week course is an invitation to enter that conversation.
Rather than forcing the Gita into a rigid weekly theme, we will allow the teachings to unfold naturally, week by week. We will explore the core concepts of this ancient text as they arise, and—most importantly—learn how to use them in the context of our own modern lives.
This is a practical journey to help you discover how to Live Your Yoga.

- Engage in practical exercises designed to bring these ancient teachings into your daily world—your work, your relationships, your inner life.
- Share in community discussion, learning from the wisdom and experience of others.
A Journey of Unfolding:
We will move through the Gita's profound wisdom, exploring themes such as:
- The Inner Battlefield: Navigating life's difficult choices with clarity and courage.
- The Eternal Self: Finding steadiness beyond fear and the constant tide of change.
- The Yoga of Action: Infusing our work and daily tasks with sacred meaning.
- Mastering the Mind: Practical tools for meditation, focus, and taming the restless mind.
- The Path of the Heart: Cultivating devotion and connection in all our relationships.
- Freedom: Living from a place of your highest truth.
